The present website (www.efor-group.com) constitutes the information platform related to the activities carried out by the subsidiary companies of EFOR GROUP, the publisher and host of said website (hereinafter referred to as the “Publisher” and/or “Host”).
Efor Group, a simplified joint-stock company with a share capital of 59,952,189.00 €, whose registered office is located at 19 rue des Rosiéristes – 69410 Champagne-au-Mont-d’Or, and registered with the Lyon Trade and Companies Register under number 878 888 833, is represented by MR Capital, in its capacity as President, itself represented by Mr. Mathieu ROGER, acting and having the necessary powers in his capacity as President.

This document aims to define and legally frame the terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as “General Terms of Use” or “TOS”) under which the website owner (hereinafter referred to as “Efor Group”) makes available to the user (hereinafter referred to as the “User”) the possibility of using said website and accessing its content (hereinafter referred to as the “Content”).

The same applies to failures related to telephone networks, online computer systems, servers, Internet providers, computer equipment, and/or User software. The Host and its technical providers cannot be held responsible for the poor navigability of the site, technical difficulties that Users encounter in accessing it, regardless of the cause and origin.
The Publisher cannot be held responsible in case of legal proceedings against the User:
