At Efor, Quality of Life at Work is built day after day

23/07/2026

Because sustainable performance is above all about people, Efor places Quality of Life and Working Conditions (QLWC) at the heart of its commitment. Every year, the month of June is an opportunity to strengthen this dynamic through a series of initiatives dedicated to well-being, prevention and sharing.

The 2026 edition once again brought our employees together around moments of exchange, inspiration and activities promoting physical and mental health.

Raising awareness to provide better support

Taking care of your employees also means giving them the keys to better understand the issues that can affect their daily lives.

Throughout the month, several webinars were offered on essential topics such as:

  • digital disconnection and work-life balance;
  • concentration in an environment of constant demands;
  • managing chronic illness and pain at work.

These discussions provided practical advice, allowed people to share experiences and helped all teams gain a better understanding of these topics.

Finding inspiration to go further

Among the highlights of this edition, Efor had the pleasure of welcoming Samantha Davies, an internationally renowned sailor.

Through her testimony, she looked back on her career, the challenges she has overcome and the importance of resilience, team spirit and the ability to push one’s limits.

An inspiring talk that encouraged everyone to believe in their potential, both professionally and personally.

Moving together for a good cause

Well-being also comes through physical activity and moments of conviviality.

This year, Efor employees came together for the “A vos baskets” challenge, organised for the benefit of the Centre Léon Bérard.

Thanks to everyone’s commitment, 32 million steps were covered during the challenge. A fine demonstration of our teams’ collective energy, in support of a cause that truly matters.

Initiatives rolled out close to the teams

Across our various international offices, our CSR ambassadors mobilised to bring QLWC month to life as close to the field as possible.

Yoga sessions, sports activities, massage workshops and social gatherings: all local initiatives that allowed employees to take a break, look after themselves and strengthen the bonds between colleagues.

These actions illustrate Efor’s commitment to offering initiatives tailored to the realities of each site, while sharing a common ambition: fostering a working environment where everyone can thrive.

A long-term commitment

QLWC month is a key moment, but it is part of a broader approach carried out throughout the year.

At Efor, we are convinced that well-being at work is built day after day, thanks to an environment based on listening, prevention, individual development and the strength of the collective.

By creating spaces for dialogue, encouraging local initiatives and giving everyone the means to take care of themselves, we continue to bring this ambition to life, day after day.
