    Global expansion across three continents

    Acquisition of PharmEng, Project Delivery Partners, and Process Engineering Specialist, accelerating Efor’s international growth and establishing a strong presence in North America and Asia, positioning the Group a sa global Life Sciences Quality and Compliance specialist​.

    2023

    Scaling expertise

    Acquisition of Altogen brands from the Nodarius Group, reinforcing Efor’s life sciences consulting capabilities and strengthening its presence in Switzerland and Europe.​

    2021

    Strengthening data & scientific capabilities

    Acquisition of Soladis, a specialist in biostatistics, data analysis and scientific consulting, expanding Efor’s capabilities in data-driven life sciences projects.​

    2020

    European expansion

    Acquisition of CVO Europe, a recognized specialist in CQV, Quality Assurance and engineering services, significantly strengthening Efor’s expertise and presence across France, Belgium and Switzerland.​

    2015

    Technical expertise structure

    Creation of a dedicated Technical Support Team to structure methodologies, support consultants on complex projects and strengthen Efor’s technical excellence.​
