Nicolas THEODORAKOPOULOS

Who are you?

I am Nicolas, a PhD in microbiology and biotechnology. I worked in environmental microbiology before joining Efor in 2018. Today, I am responsible for the biological evaluation and toxicological analysis department within the group’s technical management.

What makes Efor different?

For me, it’s the friendliness. From the moment I joined and over time, I noticed that there was a lot of exchange and interaction with colleagues. And there are also the events that strengthen team spirit and cohesion.

What are you the most proud of?

I would say the opportunity to have developed a full-fledged offering, that of the biocompatibility evaluation of medical devices. Over the years, I have been able to build an incredible team with whom I work on a daily basis.

What are your goals?

It’s to develop and strengthen the technical platform offer with the aim of developing activities around microbiology, biology and toxicology sectors and thus meet the expectations of our clients in the medical devices, pharma or cosmetics industry.

What trait do you think allowed you to grow within EFOR?

It’s curiosity. It allowed me to join Efor, to step out of my comfort zone, and ultimately to move towards a theme that I did not necessarily know, and to be perfectly fulfilled today.
