Efor and No Deviation at the ISPE Singapore Affiliate Conference & Exhibition 2026

27/08/2026

From 19 to 21 August 2026, the Efor and No Deviation by Efor teams came together in Singapore to take part in the ISPE Singapore Affiliate Conference & Exhibition, one of the region’s leading gatherings for pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical manufacturing professionals.

Held at the Suntec Singapore Convention & Exhibition Centre, regulators, manufacturers, technology providers and industry experts spent three days exchanging ideas on the future of pharmaceutical manufacturing.

An event at the heart of the industry’s challenges

This year’s theme, “Smart & Future-Ready Pharma: Global Vision, Local Agility“, speaks directly to the challenges the industry is facing today: how to accelerate innovation while ensuring regulatory compliance? How to embrace digital transformation without ever compromising on quality? And how to combine global expertise with truly local execution?

These are exactly the questions that run through everything Efor does, and our teams had the chance to explore them further with participants from all over the world.

Three days of rewarding encounters

Based at booth #230, our teams welcomed many visitors around four key topics: digital validation and CQV, AI-enabled quality and compliance, smart manufacturing and digital transformation, and engineering excellence across the pharmaceutical lifecycle.

Visitors also got a look at Valimate, our AI tool for GxP quality and compliance, which drew strong interest — AI in GxP was, unsurprisingly, one of the hottest topics of this year’s conference.

Our experts take the stage

On 21 August, Cindy Duhigg, Senior Principal, Global Validation at Alcon, took part in a session moderated by Phil Jarvis, CQV and Digital Validation Manager at No Deviation by Efor, “Bridging the gap: overcoming the challenges of digital validation implementation at Alcon”.

Together they discussed how Alcon has implemented Kneat Solutions across its operations and what lies ahead for digital validation there. The session sparked plenty of questions and lively engagement from the audience.

Several of our experts also took part in the ISPE Singapore 2026 Power Hour Sessions:

  • Sanjaya Nanjundaiah — “Quality control and its role in facility qualification”
  • Shanta Latchumy — “End-to-End Requirements Traceability with Kneat”
  • David Bartlett — “How Perfect is the Enemy of Good in Software Development”
  • Qian Dong Heng — “Annex 11 Updates: Practical Impact on Software Development and Validation”

Thank you to everyone who joined us

Beyond the talks and the conversations at our booth, the three days were filled with countless discussions with clients, partners and industry colleagues, sparking new ideas and opportunities to explore in the months ahead.

We would like to warmly thank the ISPE Singapore Affiliate for organizing this event, as well as every visitor, client and partner who came to meet us. A big thank you as well to our Efor and No Deviation by Efor teams on the ground for their energy and dedication.
