Efor takes action for cancer research with the “Get Your Sneakers On” challenge
26/06/2025

At Efor, our commitment to health goes far beyond our work in life sciences. It also shines through in our support for meaningful, unifying causes — like our participation in the “Get Your Sneakers On” challenge, organized by the Centre Léon Bérard.
A solidarity-driven challenge for research
Throughout the month of June, our colleagues around the world stepped up to support cancer research. Whether walking, running, cycling, or simply staying active, 327 team members joined the collective effort.
The numbers speak for themselves:
- 74 million steps recorded
- 56,000 kilometers covered — that’s 1.4 times around the Earth 🌍
- €12,000 donated by Efor to the Centre Léon Bérard
- Part of a total of €217,000 raised for research
An impressive show of collective energy that highlights the incredible engagement of our teams.
Moving together to work better together
The challenge took place as part of our Wellbeing at Work Month and provided a great opportunity to strengthen team spirit in a dynamic, supportive, and motivating environment.
Through hundreds of shared photos, videos, impromptu sports breaks and smiles, our colleagues brought this initiative to life with energy and enthusiasm. A great way to combine wellbeing, commitment, and social impact.
A big round of applause to the teams that made it to the top of the leaderboard:
- Efor USA
- Efor Malaysia
- Efor Belgium
Together for the health of tomorrow
As a committed player in life sciences, we believe that every action counts. Taking part in “Get Your Sneakers On” means acting today for the health of tomorrow. It also reflects the very heart of our mission: innovating for health, together.
A big thank you to everyone who took part in this adventure. See you soon for more inspiring and impactful challenges!
