In this month dedicated to solidarity with women, Efor has taken concrete action for this essential cause.

A collective commitment to a great cause

On the occasion of International Women’s Rights Day, we launched a solidarity and participatory initiative to support a vital cause: gender equality.

A sporting and solidarity challenge

From March 3 to 14, our employees took part in a sports challenge in support of the Elles Bougent association, which promotes women in scientific and technical careers.

The concept? Every kilometer traveled turned into a donation: 1 km = 1 € donated to Elles Bougent.

For ten days, our teams took on the challenge with enthusiasm and determination.
Whether running, cycling, skating, or even paragliding, every effort counted to advance equality and inspire future generations.

An inspiring photo contest

To go even further, we also launched a photo contest to highlight the strength, diversity, and impact of women through the eyes of our employees.

Creative, striking, and inspiring pictures emerged, illustrating our commitment and the richness of women’s careers.
