Efor signs the ProMilès Manifesto and extends its commitment across the entire group

24/04/2025

A strong commitment in a symbolic place

On Thursday, April 17, 2025, Olivier Gillot, CEO of the Efor Group, officially signed the ProMilès Manifesto at the heart of the Hôtel National des Invalides in Paris. Alongside the Military Governor of Paris, General Loïc Mizon, this solemn ceremony, organized by the Mouvement des Entreprises de France (MEDEF) and the Comité Liaison Défense, marks an important milestone for Efor. This symbolic act demonstrates a strong desire to bring the military and corporate worlds closer together while promoting the skills of former military personnel within the civilian workforce.

A place steeped in memory and values

The Hôtel National des Invalides, commissioned by Louis XIV to care for wounded soldiers, is a major site of national remembrance and cohesion. This prestigious and deeply symbolic setting provided a solemn backdrop for the signing of the ProMilès Manifesto, further amplifying the significance of this commitment. The values of service, sacrifice, and solidarity embodied by this historic venue fully resonate with Efor’s approach.

Expanding the commitment to all entities of the group

First initiated in Lyon last November, the ProMilès initiative now enters a new phase with its extension across all Efor entities, both in France and internationally. This expansion reflects a collective ambition: to make the reintegration of former military personnel a shared priority across all teams, regardless of location or field of expertise.

ProMilès: an inclusive program to unite and integrate

Launched in 2022, the ProMilès Manifesto aims to strengthen the bond between the Armed Forces and the Nation by facilitating the professional reintegration of former service members. Its inclusive approach also supports military spouses undergoing career transitions, wounded veterans, reservists, and military personnel at the end of their contracts.

At Efor, we embrace this vision: every journey is a source of strength, every story an asset. The qualities developed in the military — leadership, adaptability, and teamwork — find a direct echo in our projects and within our industry. As a leading consulting firm in life sciences, we are deeply committed to valuing these unique and committed profiles.

A responsibility embraced with pride

At Efor, commitment is not just a word — it’s a tangible action. We take pride in building lasting bridges between diverse professional worlds for the benefit of all. This commitment is also our way of honoring those who have served our country by offering them a stimulating professional environment that fully recognizes their skills.

We extend our sincere thanks to Véronique Pereira, Bruno de Lalande, and all those involved from MEDEF and the Comité Liaison Défense for their support in this foundational step.

Our teams are actively engaged in welcoming, integrating, and supporting talents from the military community. We are convinced that this diversity of experiences strengthens our projects, enriches our teams, and shapes our vision for the future.
