EFOR strengthens its social commitment by signing the ProMilès Manifesto

14/11/2024

A few days after the November 11 commemorations, EFOR took another step forward in its social commitment by signing the ProMilès Manifesto. This commitment was officially endorsed by Olivier GILLOT, General Director of the EFOR Group and former Lieutenant Colonel of the French Army, alongside the Military Governor of Lyon.

What is the ProMilès Manifesto?

The ProMilès Manifesto is an initiative aimed at strengthening ties between the corporate world and the armed forces. Its objectives are to:

  • Support the career transition of military personnel, reservists, and veterans by facilitating their integration into the civilian workforce.
  • Recognize and promote their skills by offering job opportunities that align with their unique experience and expertise.
  • Assist their families, particularly by helping military spouses find employment opportunities.

A commitment aligned with EFOR’s values

At EFOR, we believe that diverse career backgrounds are a valuable asset, bringing new energy to our teams and projects. By signing this manifesto, we are reinforcing our initiatives in favor of veteran inclusion and committing to:

  • Providing job opportunities for reservists and veterans, recognizing the wealth of their experience.
  • Supporting the integration of military spouses, by offering career solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Creating a supportive work environment for employees with military obligations.

This initiative aligns with our vision of fostering synergies between the civilian and military worlds, contributing to a more inclusive and resilient future.

A meaningful partnership

We extend our sincere gratitude to Military Governor of Lyon, Denis MISTRAL, and all stakeholders who made this partnership possible, including Jean-Jacques Charrie-Thollot, and the MEDEF Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes.

Together, let’s continue to promote a society where every talent finds their place and contributes to a stronger, more united future.
