Efor Switzerland : A new chapter in Vernier

It is with great excitement and an eye to a sustainable future that we announce the move of our Geneva branch to the brand-new, vibrant Etang district in Vernier.

This strategic decision is part of our ongoing commitment to support the growth of our team, which now numbers over 160 employees in Switzerland, including 65 in Geneva.

After many successful years at Cointrin, we have decided to transfer our offices to Vernier, where we have invested in a more spacious 370m² facility. This expansion reflects not only our growth, but also our commitment to our employees and clients.

At Efor, we are aware of our responsibility as a leading Life Sciences consulting company. That’s why we are committed to limiting our energy impact and adopting a proactive Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) policy.

– The Genilac heating and cooling system, which uses lake water to reduce our energy consumption by 60%.

– The use of 100% renewable electricity, thanks to the installation of photovoltaic panels.

– Rooftop vegetable gardens, which not only enhance our working environment but also contribute to urban biodiversity.

– The many green spaces that provide places for our teams to relax and share.

These new premises also support our recruitment objectives. In fact, we plan to strengthen our Swiss teams by recruiting over 110 new consultants, business managers and acquisition talents.
