Heading to North America

2025: A milestone in our international growth

Bringing together PharmEng Technology, Project Delivery Partners, and EFOR in 2025 marked far more than just a strategic expansion—it laid the foundation for a shared vision rooted in people, proximity, and a strong, unifying culture.

We had the chance to experience this momentum firsthand during our recent visit to Toronto and Boston. More than just a business trip, it was a deep dive into the energy, diversity, and commitment that drive our North American teams every day.

With nearly 200 experts already active across the region, our presence on the continent is both strong and growing. These professionals, from diverse backgrounds, share a common goal: delivering rigorous, agile, and high-level expertise to our life sciences clients—while contributing to a collective success story.

A highlight from our trip was our visit to the Sanofi Global mRNA Center of Excellence. The Efor executive team had the privilege of meeting Frank DeRosa, Sanofi’s Chief Technology Officer & Global Head of Research. This inspiring visit offered meaningful insights into the future of mRNA therapies, powered by the passion and dedication of the teams on site.

We are proud to see around 15 Efor consultants contributing daily to this large-scale project. Because beyond the technology itself, it’s the collaboration of expertise that truly drives innovation forward.

This journey also reinforced what we are building day after day: a transnational company culture, grounded in respect for local identities and fueled by shared ambition.

And we’re just getting started. By 2028, our objective is clear: grow to 1,000 talents across Canada and the United States, to keep delivering top-tier expertise to our clients—and to create new development opportunities for all.
