Efor strengthens its European presence with a new office in Frankfurt 

Efor continues its international expansion with the opening of its first office in Germany, located in Frankfurt. This milestone marks a key step in our European growth strategy and, above all, responds to a clear need: being closer to our clients, many of whom already have a strong presence in the region. 

This new step naturally extends our development in German-speaking regions. After several years of presence in German-speaking Switzerland — where over 200 collaborators are actively engaged in high-standard, regulated environments — we’re now entering a new phase. With the opening of our Frankfurt office, we are strengthening our ties with the German industrial ecosystem and supporting our partners more closely with their local challenges. 

Frankfurt: a strategic hub for life sciences 

Germany, the fourth-largest pharmaceutical market in the world, is home to over 700 companies in the sector and continues to attract major industrial investments. Naturally, Frankfurt has established itself as an ideal anchor point for our local expansion. 

As a central hub of Germany’s pharmaceutical industry, Frankfurt hosts numerous headquarters, R&D centers, and regulatory authorities. Its proximity to top universities strengthens its appeal and will enable us to attract the best talent to meet tomorrow’s challenges.

Our approach is part of a clear strategy: delivering local support while maintaining a global methodology—rigorous, harmonized, and fully compliant with local regulations. Our Technical Division, composed of 250 experts, will play a key role in this effort by enabling the rapid mobilization of specialized skills and supporting the management of complex projects.

An ambitious goal: doubling our workforce by 2028 

With 3,000 employees across 14 countries and 3 continents, Efor is pursuing a solid growth trajectory with an ambitious goal: to double its workforce by 2028. This growth is driven by a combined strategy of organic development, geographic expansion, and targeted acquisitions. 

Europe plays a central role in this journey. In Germany, our objective is to build a team of 50 people in Frankfurt by the end of 2025, through a combination of local recruitment and internal mobility, to ensure tailored support that meets the needs of our industrial partners. 

This new office illustrates our commitment to combining local proximity, technical expertise, and a global vision to drive performance and innovation in the life sciences sector.
