Team-Building Day for Our CSR Ambassadors

Last week, our CSR ambassadors gathered in Lyon for a meaningful moment of sharing, cohesion, and commitment.
This meeting was a wonderful opportunity to strengthen the bonds between our ambassadors, exchange ideas on local initiatives implemented, and co-create the next CSR actions at the group level.

A collective dynamic in service of positive impact

During the morning, several key moments shaped our discussions:

• Sharing local initiatives: Each ambassador presented the projects they are leading in their respective regions, fostering inspiration and collective motivation.
• Strengthening synergies: This gathering helped consolidate the ambassador community and build bridges between various local actions.
• Shaping the next steps: Together, we worked on aligning our ambitions and transforming our commitments into concrete initiatives.

A playful and educational immersion

To deepen our approach, we participated in a team-building activity organized by LG2B.
Through an immersive experience, this activity allowed us to explore the seven pillars of CSR and identify new levers for action to further embed social responsibility within Efor.

Towards even stronger mobilization

This convivial and enriching moment left us inspired and energized as a collective.
Our ambassadors are more motivated than ever to amplify our positive impact and continue driving our commitment toward a more responsible and sustainable company.
