Technical Management Seminar: a look back at an event like no other

A flagship event, the DT seminar brings together the experts from the Group’s Technical Department every year.

A valuable opportunity to share results and set new objectives, this 2024 edition was definitely one of cohesion and feedback.

Not only did it bring Efor and Nodarius experts together for the first time, as well as our staff straight from Boston, it also laid the foundations for sustained growth and a strengthened value proposition for our customers and employees.

Program and Activities

The two-day program was rich in activities, including conferences presenting the 2023 results and 2024 ambitions, workshops introducing virtual reality as a training tool, and other activities enabling participants to learn more about each of the Technical Division’s centers, with the aim of fostering teamwork and synergies. .

Today, Efor’s Technical Department is made up of various centers

1. Three centers of expertise (Life Sciences, Data and Global Industries) covering all aspects of the product life cycle
2. A design office dedicated to general installations and mechanical engineering
3. A full-service CRO (Contract Research Organization)
4. An audit center
5. A training center – TREE
6. A project department structured to ensure results-based project management

In 2023, our Technical Department recorded a significant increase in its specialized resources, with a 20% expansion of its workforce, bringing the total number of expert staff to 210.
