You already know TREE as our training center, but let us introduce you to the Excellence Academy. This in-house training center is specially dedicated to the Efor Group’s Business Managers (BM) and Talent Acquisition (TA). The Excellence Academy embodies our commitment to excellence, supporting BMs and TAs from the moment they join the company and throughout their careers.

Continuous learning

As soon as they join Efor, new BMs and TAs benefit from training sessions, role-plays and business games to develop a strong team spirit. The Excellence Academy is involved at every stage of their development, providing them with the resources and tools they need to succeed in their new roles. With each new position, the Academy is present to ensure continuous learning and a better approach to their day-to-day work.
