Efor : Committed to Health and Well-being with the "À Vos Baskets" Challenge

At Efor, the health and well-being of our employees is a core concern. As part of our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) policy, and on the occasion of Quality of Life at Work (QWL) Week, which took place from June 17 to 21, we decided to reinforce our commitment by taking part in the “À Vos Baskets” challenge organized by the Centre Léon Bérard, of which we have been a patron since 2023.

“À Vos Baskets” Challenge: Get moving for a good cause

The “À Vos Baskets” challenge perfectly combined physical activity with a charitable cause. The objective was simple: get moving as much as possible to accumulate points, each point being associated with a donation to cancer research. Our teams were highly motivated and rose to the challenge with flying colors.

Our employees showed exemplary commitment:

• 565 participants took part in the challenge.
• Together, they took 85,682,415 steps.
• They covered a total of 67,057 kilometers.
• Thanks to their efforts, we have accumulated 659,850 points.

An impressive collective impact

The 7th edition of the “À Vos Baskets” challenge was a real success:

• 25 companies took part.
• 6,255 employees registered.
• An impressive total of 895,881 kilometers covered, or 22 times around the Earth.
• Thanks to this collective commitment, 214,000 euros were donated to research and adapted physical activity at the Centre Léon Bérard.

On June 29, we were honored to take part in an event at the Centre Léon Bérard, where representatives and employees of participating companies were thanked for their commitment. We also had the chance to visit the research laboratories, discovering first-hand the impact of our contribution.

Thanks to the commitment of our employees, we not only contributed to a noble cause, but also strengthened our team spirit and collective well-being.
