Career Path & Growth

Can you tell us about your arrival at Efor?
I joined Efor in 2018, right after finishing my studies. Even though I only had internship experience at the time, Efor believed in my potential: they saw solid foundations and human qualities that matched the consulting profession.

I got in-house training in computerized systems validation, which allowed me to start my first assignment at Sanofi as a CSV officer.

How have your role and responsibilities evolved over these 8 years?
Over time and through different projects, I advanced from junior consultant specializing in validation/qualification support to an experienced consultant focused on validation project management. Today, I’m also part of the N3 technical management team in the CSV division.

What has left the strongest impression on you in your professional growth?
What stands out the most is joining the Solution & Project Delivery team. It’s given me the opportunity to work on group-level projects and mentor younger consultants. Being able to guide and share knowledge is extremely rewarding.

Expertise & Work

What excites you about computerized system validation?
In a context where Industry 4.0 is taking off, computerized system validation is a constant challenge that requires keeping pace with advances in IT and automation. What excites me is being able to combine my expertise as a quality engineer and pharmacist with the technical review of industry systems—all while ensuring regulatory compliance.

What projects are you currently supporting?
I’m currently working on validating the MES system, which replaces the paper batch record by tracing every step of the manufacturing process. It’s a particularly enriching project: I collaborate with production, quality, and a close-knit team where everyone brings their expertise. This gives me hands-on experience with every aspect—needs definition, risk analysis, design, validation, anomaly management—and the chance to continuously grow my skills.

In your opinion, what are the key skills needed to succeed in this field?
Beyond technical skills, success depends on curiosity, rigor, analytical abilities, and, above all, adaptability. It’s a constantly evolving field, so you have to love learning and being flexible.

Life as a Consultant

What’s a typical day like for you as a CSV consultant?
My daily routine as a CSV consultant is divided roughly like this:

  • 30% in team meetings for alignment, analysis, action planning, and progress tracking,
  • 40% drafting and reviewing documents,
  • 20% on the ground with key users and quality to carry out testing, log anomalies, and define CAPAs,
  • 10% dedicated to my well-being—whether it’s a midday workout or a relaxed coffee with colleagues, it’s essential for balance.

What do you appreciate most about working on-site with clients?
Above all, I appreciate the variety: each assignment brings a new environment, new projects, and fresh challenges. Since I don’t like routine, this dynamic keeps me motivated and engaged every day.

Can you share an experience or project you’re especially proud of?
I’m particularly proud of my MES validation experience at IPSEN, where I spent four years. I met an amazing team there, grew both professionally and personally, and still keep in touch with several people today. That assignment allowed me to face many challenges, gain confidence, meet all my deadlines while delivering quality work, and savor the feeling of achievement that comes with persistent effort.

Efor & Team Spirit

What has kept you attached to Efor all these years?
I’m very grateful to Efor for the quality of internal trainings, the diversity of tasks, daily support, and recognition for my work. They’ve always been attentive to my needs, which makes a real difference.

How would you describe Efor’s culture and the values you encounter every day?
Efor’s culture is built on sharing, self-improvement, and kindness. These are values I truly experience daily.

What memories do you have of moments shared with teams?
Afterworks with consultants, Friday McDonald’s at the office, evenings that end late… lots of joy, great vibes, and a genuine sense of camaraderie.

Vision & Future

What challenges or projects would you like to take on in the coming years?
I’d like to move toward roles with greater managerial responsibilities, like managing a team of consultants at a client site. I want to pass on my know-how and my approach.

What advice would you give a young consultant joining Efor today?
I’d say first: welcome to the Efor Family!

My advice: work hard, stay motivated, and always do your best. With commitment and persistence, you’ll grow and reach your goals. And yes: it always pays off!

And finally, in one word, what does Efor represent for you?
Efor is a lion: strength, determination, and perseverance.

Sirine’s testimony is a great illustration of what commitment represents within Efor. Her journey, from her beginnings to her involvement in Solution & Project Delivery, shows how Efor relies on the potential of its consultants to help them grow.
