Business Managers & Talent Acquisition Seminar: where performance meets solidarity

At Efor, our annual seminar for Business Managers and the Talent Acquisition team is more than just a gathering. It’s a unique opportunity to reflect on our achievements, identify areas for improvement, and shape our future ambitions together. This year, we wanted to take it a step further by combining collective performance with a meaningful social impact.

A collective challenge for a great cause

For this edition, we introduced a new concept: every point scored during the challenges was converted into a donation to a charity. This original and motivating approach strengthened team cohesion while supporting a meaningful cause. To make the initiative even more impactful, the winning teams had the privilege of selecting the beneficiary organizations.

A shared commitment to two meaningful causes

The dedication of our employees was outstanding, generating incredible energy and engagement. Thanks to this enthusiasm and spirit of solidarity, we raised over €13,000 in support of Comme Les Autres and Planète Mer:

  • Comme Les Autres helps people with disabilities rebuild their lives through sports and adventure.
  • Planète Mer works to protect marine ecosystems and maintain a sustainable balance between humans and the ocean.

Two causes that deeply resonate with our values and that we are proud to support.

A powerful and unifying experience

This seminar was a great reminder of what drives us every day: combining performance with a strong sense of collective engagement. It was an enriching experience that reinforced the idea that, together, we can create a positive impact—not only within our professional environment but also beyond.
