International Women's Rights Day: our female employees speak out

To mark International Women’s Rights Day, we are highlighting the inspiring careers of three of our female employees working in male-dominated fields: engineering, data and finance.
Our employees, Caroline, Global Industries Consultant, Catherine, Head of Digital, and Jenna, Director of Mergers & Acquisitions, embody female success in sectors where women are still under-represented. Their stories are testimonials to resilience and determination, demonstrating that women can excel in any field.
Unfortunately, this reality is not universal. Many women around the world continue to fight for their fundamental rights and equal opportunities. Efor recognizes these persistent challenges and reaffirms its commitment to gender equality, everywhere and for everyone.
