Who are you?

My name is Sahra. I joined the Efor group in June 2013 as a recruiter. I then had the opportunity to grow as Talent Acquisition Manager for our office covering the Lyon area, and then for the entire southern part of France. Today, I co-manage the Internal Development Department (DDI) with Caroline.

What was the part of your hiring process that really stood out to you?

I was initially contacted for a recruiter apprenticeship role. This was at the very beginning of Efor.

They trusted me and gave me the opportunity to join the group directly on a permanent contract, to be part of the development and growth of the company.

Why did you choose EFOR?

I would say that above all, it was about the feeling I got during the interviews. The communication and interactions went very well. The recruitment process was very responsive. I received feedback systematically after each interview, and in less than a week, I had signed my employment contract.

And I immediately felt the dynamic of the group and knew it was going to be a great adventure.

Which of our values resonates with you the most?

Excellence!!

Excellence, because it is my personality to want to push myself above and beyond and give myself the means to achieve higher goals. I see this value of excellence a lot in the group’s daily life: through proximity management, interactions, coaching, and training. It’s a value that comes up a lot in the group’s daily life. We aim for excellence and we achieve it.

How would you describe your Efor adventure?

What strikes me the most with Efor is that you never get bored in your daily work.

We have significant responsibilities, lots of challenges too, in a caring work environment, with team cohesion, and a great work atmosphere.

Do you have any advice for future candidates?

The best advice I can give you is to come and meet our teams for an interview. It’s the best way to get to know us. Our interviews are moments of exchange and sharing, where you will learn a lot more about our company and you will be able to better picture yourself in the group.
