Efor : Developing HR skills internationally

At Efor, we firmly believe that continuous training is an essential lever for growth and innovation. With this in mind, on June 19 and 20 we organized a training course dedicated to international mobility, bringing together our employees to develop their skills and open up to new opportunities on a global scale.

The aim of this HR training course was to address crucial themes for understanding and managing international mobility effectively and smoothly. Topics covered included:

  • The Challenges of International Mobility: We explored the challenges and opportunities that international mobility represents for companies and employees. Understanding these issues is fundamental to reaping the benefits of global mobility.
  • Best Practices in Mobility Management: This session focused on strategies for supporting talent and integrating them into new environments. We shared best practices to ensure a smooth transition and successful adaptation.
  • Legal and administrative aspects: To ensure smooth and seamless mobility, we addressed the essential legal and administrative aspects. This section provided the tools needed to navigate the regulatory complexities of international mobility.

These two intense days were marked by rich exchanges, interactive workshops and inspiring feedback. Participants had the opportunity to share experiences, learn from experts and collaborate on practical solutions to the challenges of international mobility.
