Quality of Life at Work Month at Efor: A commitment to employee well-being

At Efor, we firmly believe that the well-being of our employees is essential to their personal and professional development. With this in mind, we dedicated an entire month to Quality of Life at Work (QWL), offering our teams unforgettable and enriching moments.

During the month of June, we organized a variety of activities to promote relaxation, team cohesion and awareness of themes important to well-being.

Yoga and Relaxation Workshops: We offered yoga and relaxation sessions to calm the mind and revitalize the body. These moments of calm and meditation enabled our employees to refocus and release tension.

Charity run: A big well done to all participants who ran for a noble cause, demonstrating our company’s spirit of solidarity. The race not only raised funds for charity, but also strengthened our team spirit.

Massages: We offered massage sessions to help our staff relieve stress and recharge their batteries. These moments of absolute relaxation were much appreciated and helped to improve general well-being.

Raising awareness of Psychosocial Risks (PSR): Workshops were organized to better understand and prevent psychosocial risks in the workplace. These sessions raised awareness of the signs of stress and how to manage them effectively.

Conferences: we also organized several conferences on a variety of themes to improve quality of life at work :

  • The Pillars of Healthy Eating ;
  • Sleep ;
  • Stress Management ;
  • Work-Life Balance.

Awareness-raising and Challenges: in addition to activities and conferences, we carried out awareness-raising actions on disability and organized a challenge on food. These initiatives have strengthened our team cohesion and made everyone aware of the importance of health and well-being on a daily basis.
